2. Set fitness goals.
3. Fitness Assessment — measurements and weigh-in.
4. Nutritional Assessment — daily food journaling and weekly food/diet guidance and support.
4. 30 minute training sessions, twice per week.
5. Goal Achieved – Celebration time!!
5 weeks / 10 sessions: $40/session + HST = $452
10 weeks / 20 sessions: $35/session + HST = $791
