“I want to do that!”
Amy Tsai has been saying it out loud since the age of 16 when she first fell in love with the broad shoulders and narrow waists showcased in a stack of muscle magazines.
“I see a sport or a place … I get curious and learn more, then do whatever it takes to make it a part of my life.”
Over the years, Amy has shared that lifelong curiosity and sense of adventure with people who want to look good and feel great, whether that involves a training program, a different way of eating or an Amy-guided surfing and cycling adventure through the Dominican Republic and Morocco.
As a fitness professional who also takes it very personally, Amy knows just how much what we do everyday affects us from the inside out although most of us focus primarily or even exclusively on appearance.
“Fitting into your skinny jeans and looking hot in a bathing suit is one thing but what about the impact on your mood, energy level, ability to focus and how you’re able to deal with everything from your professional to your personal life.”
As a fitness and wellness professional who believes in the power of good nutrition and an active lifestyle, Amy was sure she’d be able to manage the aging process by further adjusting her already healthy diet and fitness routine, but when the warm flashes, sleep issues and irritability hit, nothing worked.
Why suffer through deep fatigue, insomnia, mood swings or weight gain if you don’t have to?
“Lifestyle- and age-related issues have solutions that I can share to help you live your best life.”
